Mankato creates! Inspired by the concept that innovation is born out of creativity, the Creativity Studio offers space and materials for people of all ages to get hands-on and create.
Whether it's art or mechanical, elemental or electronic, children and adults will find the passion to expand their creativity. By designing a large, flexible studio space with plenty of natural light and access to diverse materials, exploring one's creativity has never been easier. Even if you don't consider yourself "creative" the setting will be designed to be so inviting, people of all abilities will feel the urge to create. From a middle school student mixing a CD, to a mother and daughter creating matching necklaces and bracelets, to a four year old future engineer creating a mechanical conveyor system, The Creativity Studio will become a town square of family fun and learning.
