Bark Boats | CMSMatHome

Good morning from #CMSMatHome!

Let’s build bark boats today. Gather some tree bark, twigs, and larger leaves. Dig or bore a small hole in the middle to push your twig through to create a mast. Thread a larger leaf onto the twig to create a sail.

Find some water and test your vessels. Which one floats better than others? Why is that so? Do any not float at all? How can you change them to make them work better?
